  • We can count on Terry to protect our private property from unreasonable legislation regarding sea level rise with No Managed Retreat.
  • For four years as Chair of the Sea Level Rise Technical Advisory Committee and  two terms on the City Council, Terry stood with a majority of the residents from the beginning at a time when most of the City Council did not.

    *   Fought managed retreat as Sea Level Rise Chair and on Council.
    *   Negotiated fearlessly and spearheaded withdrawal of LCPA from the Coastal Commission.
    *   Fought the railroad fence
    *   Established financial feasibility of affordable housing at Fairgrounds.
